It gives me immense pleasure to announce the KOSCON 2019 at Belagavi. Belagavi is hosting the state conference after more than a decade. .The venue of the conference is very impressive and elegant. The facilities for the scientific activities, the halls (Lecture halls + Wet labs), and the audiovisuals are state of art and can be accessed easily under one roof. This meeting will definitely be remembered as one of the most liked conferences.
The LOC is leaving no stone unturned to make this meeting memorable. A Rich feast of Scientific and Academic Fare awaits at Belgaum. Other than the usual scientific content, adequate importance is given to the nonophthalmology subjects of relevance to practicing ophthalmologists. An elaborate list of National and International faculty are expected to share their rich experience.
