Registration Guidelines :
- Online Payment : Delegates can pay online by using debit card, credit card and net banking options. (applicable bank charges extra on registration fee for online registration)
- Offline Payment : Demand draft / multicity cheque to be drawn in favour of “Belgaum Ophthalmic Association“. Please send duly filled registration form along with payment i.e. DD/multicity Cheque to Conference Secretariat.
Registration Guidelines :
- Registration fee includes : Delegate kit, admission to scientific session, trade exhibition, Breakfasts, lunch, coffee and banquets.
- Spot registration – delegate kits is subject to availabity.
- Additional banquet coupons are available at Rs 950/- per banquet dinner. Banquet coupons can be purchased only by registered delegates at the registration counters in the Venue
- PG / Fellow : Letters from HOD / Institute and a copy of ID card is mandatory.
- Senior citizens above 70 years are elligible for complimentary registration and have to register on or before 31th Oct 2019. Registration is complimentary only for a KOS member.
- Spot registration delegates are not elligible for CME credit hours (as per new KMC rules)
- CME credit hours subject to attendance of entire programme on 3 days.
- Certificates will be issued on the last day of the conferencce . i.e on 10th Nov 2019.
- No refunds will be made for the cancellation.
